Our agency has been serving the community since 2003 and has built a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. Insurance has always been a part of my life. My grandmother worked for State Farm in my hometown, and from an early age, I knew I wanted to become an agent. I began my career as a Claims Adjuster, later earned a promotion, and eventually fulfilled my goal of becoming a State Farm agent.

I'm married and have three teenagers, so I understand the importance of protecting what matters most and helping families prepare for the future. Outside of the office, I enjoy staying involved in the community through local schools, foundation boards, the Chamber of Commerce, and other community initiatives.

Our office is competitive, customer-focused, and driven to be the best. We've been voted the Best Insurance Agency in our area for 15 years, and we're proud of the trust we've built within the community. While we love to win and strive to be leaders in our territory, our success comes from genuinely caring about our customers and making sure they feel valued, supported, and taken care of.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kelli Ashbrook - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
